How far will you travel?
We will travel anywhere within reason.  We are based in Devon, so most of our work is in the South West.  However, please feel free to contact us wherever you are.

What time do you arrive at the event?
We always arrive in plenty of time to be set up, soundchecked and out of the way before your guests arrive.

What sort of music do you play?
We play all styles, from the '50's to the hits of today.  See our 'Feel Good Set List ' page for more details.

How long do you play for?
We play for 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 1 hour or whatever timings suit your event.

What happens in your breaks?
We will play suitable background music - yours or ours.

Can we use your microphones for speeches or announcements?
Yes.

How loud will you be?
We can play at whatever volume you request.  Just let us know.

Does the band require feeding?
No, but they normally leave home in the afternoon so any offerings would be much appreciated - even just a coffee!

Do I need to arrange a changing room for you?
Yes please.  We request that the room is clean and private.
Please note:  Toilets are not suitable changing facilities.

Do you take song requests?
Yes.  We can learn any song you request (within reason) as long as we have adequate notice before the event (6 weeks).

Is there a written contract between the band and the client?
Yes.  After agreement of details we send you two copies of our Standard Musicians Union Contract, and a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
All you have to do is sign both copies of the contract and return one to us in the pre-paid envelope provided.

What are the deposit and payment requirements?
We normally ask for a deposit of £250, payable upon return of the signed contract.  The remaining balance is payable on the night, in cash, prior to the performance. Please make deposit cheques payable to Colin Mitchell.

Do you have adequate insurance cover?
Yes.  We have full Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10 million.   All our equipment is fully PAT tested for safety.

How do we book you?
Just fill in the form on the 'Contact Us' page and we will get back to you the same day, or phone Col or Paula on 01884 233 673 and we will let you know if the band is available for your date.
